The IRS commissioner doesn't do his own taxes. Of course he doesn't! He probably knows HOW to do them, but he has other things more worthwhile to do!

Article here. So, I don't know if I'm more flabbergasted at the "cultivated and reintroduced human brain tissue" part or the "from the end of a chopstick implanted in a patient's frontal lobe" part.
